The Poetry Lab Project Description The Poetry Lab serves students who receive special education services in various Saint Paul Public Schools. This year, The Poetry Lab has been hosted at 9 sites, including: Murray PSD, Hazel Park PAS, Harding PSD, Highland Jr. PAS, Johnson PAS, Central PAS, Highland Sr. PSD, Project Achieve, and Arlington PAS. Group Process: --------------------- Each week, Mary shares model poems (either in writing, or via audio CD's) with the group. These poems are used for a starting point of discussion, and then, for launching points for students to create their own poems. |
